Certification Overview

The Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association is the leading trade association representing Pennsylvania's $5 billion green industry. Founded in 1904, its members include production nurseries, garden centers, landscape designers, landscape maintenance firms, arborists, interiorscape firms, florists and other private sector companies in the Northeast's leading horticultural state.

One of PLNA's highest priorities is the support of green industry workers' ongoing quest to advance their professionalism through education. PLNA offers three unique certification programs for individuals to accomplish this goal - the Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist (PCH) program, the Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) program, and the Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) program.
